About the Event

Every holiday season MetroPets Online honors the volunteers and staff of the over 100 local organizations who work with homeless and neglected animals at a special "Thank You" party and networking event. In an elegant setting with wine tasting, delicious vegan and vegetarian hors d'oeuvres, live music, and special exhibits, the who's who of the animal world in DC gathers to relax and chat about successes, future plans, and current animal issues. MetroPets facilitates networking among attendees, and guest speakers are invited to share their most poignant moments of the year.

All event sponsors this year received the following benefits:

  • Recognition on the MetroPets web site
  • Recognition in the "MetroPets Offline" newsletter
  • One year's business membership (which includes a special additional listing on the web site) to MetroPets
  • Recognition and ad space in the party program
  • Special invitation to the party
  • Opportunity to put items in gift bags for guests
