PROGRAM
AD SUBMISSION SPECS:
The show program will be printed on white coated stock
at 150 lpi (artwork resolution must be at least 300
ppi) and will be is assembled in Quark XPress
on the Macintosh. Please submit artwork in one of the
following formats (in order of preference):
1. PDF file saved with “press optimized” settings
2. Quark Xpress 4.x file — Macintosh format ONLY,
fonts and supporting artwork included
OR
Photoshop file (.psd, .tif or .eps) — at least
300 ppi
OR
Illustrator file (.ai or .eps) — fonts either included
or converted to line art (preferred)
3. Film negative — 150 lpi, emulsion down, right-reading;
laser proof must be provided
LOGO SPECS FOR PROGRAM AND T-SHIRT:
Formats accepted (all must be Macintosh readable) in
order of preference:
1. Illustrator vector art (.ai, .eps)
2. Photoshop bitmap formats (.psd, .eps, .tif, .jpg)
— must be at least 300 ppi
